Dr. Mai Zamakhchari, DDS, DSc Dr. Mai Zamakhchari is a board-certified Dentist, Periodontist, and a Dental Implant Surgeon. She specializes in treating diseases affecting the gums and the teeth’s supporting structures. In addition, she specializes in replacing missing dentition with dental implants. After receiving her Doctorate of Science in Biological Science (DSC) from the prestigious Boston University, she obtained an advanced degree in Periodontics. Dr. Zamakhchari is a Board Certified Periodontist. She is familiar with the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques in the field of Periodontology. Dr. Zamakhchari is a member of the American Association of Periodontology, American Board of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society. Away from the office, Dr. Zamakhchari enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She especially enjoys reading and traveling. |
